EDELDORF Hills is getting closer to meeting its residents every day. Here's what we did in December:

House № 1:

✔️ completed work on heating stairwells;

✔️ we continue to work on the facade with the effect of weightlessness: glazed lighting structures of the facade from the 4th to the 19th floor, began the installation of double-glazed windows from the 20th to the 26th floor;

✔️ started work on the energy supply and fire protection system;

✔️ install doors in the halls, installed frames for air conditioners.

House №2:

✔️ completed brickwork on the house and cement-sand screed from the 10th to the 16th floor;

✔️ started work on the energy supply and fire protection system;

✔️ started arrangement of technical premises on the roof;

✔️ windows were installed in the apartments up to the 20th floor, light-enclosing constructions from the 20th to the 26th floor were glazed.

Stylobate part:

✔️ Work on the fire extinguishing system began, a pumping station and ITP were installed.

✔️ We decorate technical rooms, work on smoke removal and ventilation systems.
