The Edeldorf Hills residential complex, located at 42–44 Staronavodnytska Street in Kyiv’s Pechersk district, has officially been commissioned. The complex has received the certificate of readiness for operation No. IU123260909855.

The certificate was issued by the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine and confirms the facility's readiness for occupancy. The document covers the first and second launch phases of the mixed-use complex at 42–44 Staronavodnytska Street.

Commissioning marks a significant milestone in the development of Edeldorf Hills. Prospective residents can now obtain up-to-date information regarding apartments, available offers, and purchasing terms from the sales department.
